Applications

What we clean

Equipment

Machinery and equipment cleaning

Remove oil, grease, carbonised residues, and production build-up from industrial equipment. On-site service — no disassembly required.

Shutdown

Planned shutdown support

Scheduled cleaning during planned maintenance shutdowns. Surfaces cleaned and ready for inspection, repair, or re-coating without delay.

Residue

Production residue removal

Remove weld spatter, flux residues, and process contaminants from machinery and structural components during routine maintenance cycles.

The Process

On-site, no-chemical equipment cleaning

Laser cleaning removes oil, grease, carbonised deposits, and process residues without solvents, chemicals, or abrasive contact. The equipment is mobile — we work at your facility, on installed plant, during planned shutdowns or as part of a routine maintenance cycle.

No component removal. No chemical waste to dispose of. Test patch completed before treatment on production equipment.

Common Questions

Questions about industrial laser cleaning

Yes. The laser system is mobile and operates on-site. We work on installed machinery, structural components, and plant equipment without disassembly. Access and clearance requirements are confirmed before mobilisation.
Laser cleaning requires a controlled exclusion zone during operation — typically 2–5 metres depending on the surface and application. We provide all required safety equipment and manage the exclusion zone on-site. The process produces no chemicals, no blasting media, and no liquid waste.
Oil and grease deposits, carbonised production residues, weld spatter, flux, oxidation, and general surface contamination. Suitability is confirmed for each application — a test patch is completed before full treatment on production equipment.
